Madeleine McCann disappeared from a holiday apartment on May 3rd 2007 whilst she was on holiday with her parents, Kate & Gerry McCann. She was “Home alone” at the time except for her two younger siblings, her mother & father were out enjoying drinks and food at the tapas bar at the time. I have heard many, many arguements and theories suggesting that Madeleine died in an accident in the holiday apartment and Kate & Gerry covered it up and disposed of the body, to she was abducted by “chance burglars” that just happened to be paedophiles, oh did I forget to mention these burglars allegedly broke into the apartment via the bedroom window of the room where 3 small children lay sleeping. Keep in mind Madeleine’s siblings, Sean & Amelie were just 2 years old at the time when Madeleine went missing!! A consultant psychologist has reliably informed me that there is at least an 86% chance a sleeping tot such as the three McCann children will instictively wake up if a stranger enters the room.

In the earliest statements given by Kate & Gerry McCann they say that the shutters had been forced open on the children’s bedroom window at apartment 5A of The Ocean Club Site, when the staff of the complex and police established that the shutters were not damaged, Kate changed her statement to say that “the intruders got in through the unlocked front door of the apartment”. Here I ask a question “How did the would-be intruders know the door to the apartment was unlocked”?? “Had they lain in wait watching the apartment, risking being observed”?? or “Did they go to each apartment trying the doors”?? I think not!!

I now hear the little pack that contribute on all the Social Media Network sites such as Facebook groups dedicated to this matter saying “But the PJ Files say that specialist cadaver dogs found evidence of a corpse in Apartment 5A and in a hire car used by Kate & Gerry”. Let me answer that quite simply by saying firstly the complex was used by a great many people and their pets so there has bound to have been another person or animal that died in Apartment 5A over the time of the complex being used so much, by so many.A dog indicates the presence of the scent of a cadaver (corpse) it doesn’t identify it. The whole “Cadaver in the car” bit I just do not buy.  .  .Why?? I’ll tell you why quite simply, because Kate & Gerry did NOT rent the car where the “cadaver” was allegedly found until a good two weeks after Madeleine disappeared. Please cadaver fans.  .  . Don’t come to me and say “The McCanns must have hidden the body for that period, then transported it”!! How the hell could they possibly have done that sucessfully with the biggest police presence in many years, including forensic specialists crawling all over Praia Da Luz??  The dark thinking brigade will slate hell out of me for this because all the online groups have convinced themselves that “Kate & Gerry McCann hid the death of the daughter after an tragic accident in the apartment and disposed of the body” My rather blatant and blunt reply to that       “Rubbish”!!

Okay enough rambling.  .  .I promised some friends that I’d write this and here it is; I believe Madeleine is alive and was probably sold as part of a Child trafficking paedophile ring. “Who sold her”?? I have my opinion but I’m not foolish enough the give the rich doctors chance to sue me for my writings for putting “A name in the frame” so to speak, I’ll leave that up to you my reader friends.

Let me say one thing to clarify my ramblings and that is absolute FACT.  .  .The police in Portugal would not have dismissed a high ranking police officer with long term service for suggesting that Madeleine died in the apartment in the way everyone is suggesting, if they believed it to be true. The McCann’s lawyers would NOT be trying to sue Goncalo Amaral for one Million Pound if they thought an investigation might prove him to be right.  If that arguement still doesn’t satisfy you then let me tell you one more FACT.  .  .The police are governed by expenses budgets The Chancellor of The Exchequer and The Ministry of Justice wouldn’t be allowing HUGE expenditure sending highly skilled officers to Praia Da Luz to interview suspects if the “Cadaver Theory” held any water. The British authorities are still to this day interviewing people, including some quite high profile paedophiles about “The disappearance of Madeleine McCann”, they recently published articles in the media to say they had spent TEN MILLION POUNDS on the investigation. Surely no-one could believe for even a minute that The British Authorities let alone The Portugese Authorities would spend that kind of money on a search for a little girl if they believed “The Cadaver Theory”.  .  .Of course they wouldn’t!!

I believe that Madeleine left the apartment alive and I believe there is a VERY REAL chance she is still alive somewhere in the world today, a body or remains would almost certainly have turned up by now!!

I hope that Madeleine is found alive I really do.  .  . I will leave you with this thought “If Kate & Gerry and their tapas friends were that concerned about Madeleine and hoping she’d be found (either dead or alive) in Portugal, why do they only go to Portugal to attend the trial of Goncarlo Amaral and not when Scotland Yard Detectives  are out there working hard on their enquiries to “find their daughter Madeleine”??

Incidentally, a keen truth seeker Brenda Leyland just so happened to commit suicide in a hotel because Kate & Gerry didn’t like her tweets.  .  .errrm NO. Brenda was a strong woman that sought justice and was digging for the truth and lobbying various agencies for more action. She had a family that loved her, a beautiful home and dearly loved pets.  .  . I suggest Brenda was “silenced” a high power paedophile ring will do anything to keep their business concealed. I’ll leave it there RIP Brenda, I hope you get justice.

Brenda Leyland – Troll?? – Suicide, Suicided or Murdered???

Brenda Leyland was alleged to be “An Online Troll” because she demanded to know the truth about a question that millions of people have had on their lips since May 3rd 2007.  .  .

WHAT HAPPENED TO MADELEINE McCANN??

Brenda Leyland was a well spoken, middle-class, 63 year old english woman that constantly sought out the truth in cases such as the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, but like so many of us never got the answers she sought so vigorously. She made allegations and suggestions via Social Networking sites like Twitter and this earned her the title “Troll”, but was she?? Really?? I don’t think so!!

On May 3rd 2007, three year old Madeleine McCann vanished from a holiday apartment and despite one of the most high profile cases for many years she has so far never been found. Yes I am telling you what you already know, hold on friends all will be revealed. During the rather long and laborious enquiry that has dominated a team of specialist officers from Scotland Yard’s lives over the last 7 years Kate and Gerry McCann have received allsorts of threats, abuse, etc but let’s just ask ourselves “Why that is”? The simple answer is “Because they have flaunted a high life style and their police statements have all contradicted one another ever since”.

Firstly; “IN MY OPINION” Brenda was not a troll, she was voicing her opinion and just like me she has the right to do that as we are British Citizens and so far our Government has not done away with “The Human Rights Act 1998” in which Article 10 allows us Freedom of Expression: “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression, this right shall include freedom to hold opinions, to receive and impart information and ideas without interference from public authorities”. The stereotypical word troll has been banded about so much recently and now covers everything from an arguement or dispute to people making death threats, hardly the case for Brenda!! She wanted to see justice done, she wanted to know what happened to Madeleine McCann and to see Kate & Gerry McCann admit their failings and lies, I want the same thing but I am not a troll and what is more I can make The Dr’s McCann a promise “I WILL NOT BE MADE TO END MY LIFE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE MY OPINION & I WILL CAMPAIGN TO GET TO THE TRUTH FOR BRENDA’S FAMILY”!!

This lady described Kate & Gerry McCann as “Neglectful Parents” (They were – Fact), Objected to their string of media appearances (So do I – They are taking attention away from many other missing child cases) and continually complained that they were living from the profits of their daughter’s disappearance (They clearly are – Do you think they appear on TV shows and publish books free of charge??). Brenda regularly contacted Scotland Yard, The Metropolitan Police and BBC’s Crimewatch programme to ask that they did more and would press the media to put “The other side of the story and what many of us are thinking”, what’s wrong with that?? Answer – Nothing!!!

Brenda was confronted by a Sky News reporter at her village home of Burton Overy just a few miles from The McCann’s home in Rothley, Leicestershire. On the day after her interview was broadcast, Brenda vanished from her home, she was found dead in A Marriot Hotel in Leicester, to date her death remains unexplained.

Commenting about the death of this truth campaigner Dr. Gerald McCann said “An example should be made of ‘vile’ trolls”, well “In my opinion” say “An example should be made of parents that leave their tiny children alone whilst they go out eating and drinking and I particularly think people that tell lies about what happened when their child disappeared should be made an example of” but others ignore that!!

Sky news said in a statement “We were saddened to hear of the death of Brenda Leyland, it would not be appropriate to speculate or comment further at this time”

I do not believe that Brenda took her own life, if she did she was forced to do so under duress and that amounts to manslaughter in my book.

I am entitled to my opinion, so was Brenda and so are you dear readers. I’ll leave it there except to ask you not to forget Brenda and those that have been punished and victimised for having an opinion, please stand up for the rights of folk such as Brenda Leyland and what she stood for

Missing Boy Daniel Joseph Entwistle – A Twist in the Tale

Missing Daniel’s Father A Paedophile – The Truth is Out

On Saturday May 3rd 2003 seven year old Daniel Joseph Entwistle vanished from his home town of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk UK, he has never been found thus far. It is my opinion that there are many unanswered questions and the whole case was rapidly put on a back burner by Norfolk Police. I have considered various reasons for the obvious cover – up but now I have the answer to at least some of the questions that have run around my head since 2003.  .  . Daniel’s father (David Entwistle) is a convicted paedophile yet at the time of the disappearance he was living with his then wife (Paula) and three children!! You could say                                                “SOMEONE MESSED UP BIG TIME”.

Daniel was last seen playing in Copperfield Avenue, Great Yarmouth after visiting the local shop, although what he bought there is a little misty, varying statements have suggested, baby milk, a baby’s bottle and even sweets. One of the most unusual was a suggestion that the little lad went to the shop with 50p in his pocket to buy sweets, but he didn’t buy any. The strange twist to that is Daniel was apparently a great lover of “sweeties” and always bought them when he had money. His Grandad (Keith) told me that “Daniel would try to get a pound’s worth of sweets for 50p if he could get away with it and there is no way that daniel would have left the shop without sweets if he had money”

I just want justice for that little boy, I’ve heard all the theories that he may have fallen into the tidal River Yare and been swept out to sea, yet despite a massive search by Police & Costguards and even with the passing of time Daniel nor any evidence of his falling into that river has ever been found.

What grieves me is that all these years that have passed no-one, not even The Police or Social Services bothered to mention that this little boy’s father (who in my opinion played his part so well) had been convicted of sexual offences against an 11 year old girl in Lancashire in 1986!!! I hear you saying “You’ve lost the plot this time Andre”, well sorry friends but “No I haven’t & here is the evidence”

My thanks to Keith Dutton for allowing me to post these articles from the archives of The Lancashire Evening Telegraph from 1986. This child has been missing for over 11 years now and no one bothered to notice or inform anyone of this “Extremely Important Factor”, so my regular readers will already know what my question is.  .  . “WHY”?? This whole case has been a cover-up from the outset and I think Mr David Entwistle knows more that ne leads us to believe.

I feel it is worth mentioning that recently Channel 5 Television were putting out  a programme about the missing child Madeleine McCann and invited David Entwistle to speak on the show as he was a “victim” himself with his son having been missing for so long. Unluckily for them Daniel’s grandfather Keith found out and contacted them advising them that they should have run a “CRB CHECK” on Entwistle before entering him for the show. Strangely the show was pulled as was an interview that had been scheduled on Breakfast TV now Channel 5 have blocked Keith Dutton and Myself from commenting on their pages and have taken the information about the show down!!

My friends this case is (In my opinion) very, very serious let’s not forget that on exactly the same date, just four years later Madeleine McCann vanished whislt on holiday in Praia Da Luz on The Algarve with her parents (Kate & Gerry McCann). Is the date a coincidence?? I really don’t think so, there has to be a link and I intend to find it. This case and many others like it have been hidden, with children being forgotten for far too long and many particulaly this one needs to be looked into properly. Daniel’s mummy and family need answers and so do many, many more parents all over the place so cover-ups by the authorities and the establishment jsut aren’t acceptable.

WHERE ARE THESE TWO PRECIOUS CHILDREN NOW??

Please don’t fob me off with the suggestion that they are dead, because I just don’t buy it!!!

STOP THE BULLY – CALL FOR ACTION

We are tired of bullies and we intend to expose them!!!!! Will you join us?? If you answered “yes” then please read on my friends.  .  .

I am pleased to announce that my family and friends are forming a campaign committee to expose and call for an end to bullying across the world. Bullying should in my opinion be made a criminal offence, after all it destroys victims lives, leads to dreadful acts such as self-harming, suicide attempts & ultimately death. I have contact with several family members and friends that have been bullied and I am personal witness to them struggling with their lives even much later on. 

The young woman that has inspired us to form this organisation was a victim of horrific bullying during her school years and although she is now an adult woman, is engaged to be married and running a business with her fiance she still suffers dreadful nightmares, feels very insecure about her looks, abilities and struggles to accept praise and compliments. During her adolescent years she resorted to “cutting” as a form of release from the constant pressure and fear of her bullies. 

Amy Lou Ashman, The lady that has inspired “STOP THE BULLY – CALL FOR ACTION”. A beautiful young woman that definitely did NOT deserve to be bullied!!! She is a plus – sized female that merely had the desire to learn in school but was hindered by vicious thugs that thought it was okay to constantly harrass and pressure a fellow pupil to the point of hurling her into a ditch full of muddy sludge, stealing her shoes and leaving her bleeding, scared and alone. Why did those animals choose to do such horrible things?? Well because she was a little bit bigger built than them and because she wanted to learn, not muck about at school!!!!! Did the police take action?? Well yes they did in that they went and placed an order on the bullies that stopped them from contacting Amy until they were 16 years old, so. . . “What happened when they reached 16”?? Yes  you’ve guessed it, they started again!!! Amy has moved halfway across the country to escape the memories and the ghosts, she still struggles with many issues that to others would seem simple, like accepting a compliment, or self belief but not to a victim like her. Amy is now researching a thesis toward a degree looking at the long term affects of bullying, she is engaged to my cousin and we are all very proud of her.

We just CANNOT allow this kind of dreadful behaviour to continue my friends and I can promise you that I will personally not rest until bullies are made to see what their behaviour is doing to others and the authorities agree to take serious action. 

We will campaign to raise awareness, expose and ultimately stop.  .  .

You were really committing a gross error of judgement in describing Joe in this way and sadly misleading young gay people in the UK by proposing him as a “role model”. Was Edward Howard Maps Innocent??

A new twist in the Christine Maps murder investigation leads me to ask the question was Edward Howard Maps innocent of the murder of his Wife Christine & baby daughter Julia on 21st January 1962 in Stroudsburg, USA. Let me lay the evidence before you and see what you think.  .  .

Facts: Edward Howard Maps has long been sought as the lead suspect in the arson and violent murders of his wife Christine Maps and his baby daughter Julia Maps. It was alleged that 38 year old Edward bludgeoned his 22yr old wife on the night in question and set up to 10 fires in their home at 510 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg.

The investigation into this notorious case has always been riddled with circumstantial evidence, with the only real damming evidence against Edward Howard Maps being the fact that he disappeared at the same time as the fire / murders took place, other than that there has never been much to actual pin the crime firmly on him.

An article in The Herald Tribune of Passaic-Clifton, New Jersey (Maps Hometown) showed that Edward had no motive for the crimes, neither did he have anything at all to gain from it. James Marsh was district attorney for Monroe County and told the newspaper that he really believed Maps was really uncomfortable in his marriage and found menial tasks such as paying the mortgage a real burden after so many years of what Marsh described as “a carefree existence”, but let’s face it Maps could have just simply walked away and started a new life someplace else, so why would he set fires inside a house then close all the windows and doors of the property thus depriving the fire of oxygen so as the house was not seriously damaged and the badly beaten body of Christine Maps would be found?It just doesn’t add up.

During their investigations The State Police uncovered details of Map’s in-laws marital problems which were never released to the general public possibly to save them embarrassment, of course today the police would investigate the Wolbach’s domestic matters if it could have even the slightest link to the enquiry.

To give you a bit of background, before his marriage Edward Howard Maps lived a very relaxed and somewhat simple life, he was an artist and sculptor and never had any sort of regular employment. He lived his life a bit “Beatnik style” and wore sandals even in the depth of winter.

A report published just one day after the fire said.  .  . “He is a complete sponger, lazy, insolent and nasty, is not friends with any past acquaintances & anyone that has ever known him does not speak well of him”. The witer of the report made a much more suprising yet major statement about the 38 year old husband / father saying “Quite sure he is homosexual”, what led the reporter to say this we may never know. Despite this report when friends of Edward’s were interviewed they told a completely different story they described him as Kind, Gentle, intelligent and a lover of animals, he skated in the streets with friend’s children, he collected arrowheads, fossils and American Indian artifacts in the Buskhill area near The Delaware River. Just a month before the fire Edward cared for a critically ill neighbour on Sarah Street so that the man’s wife could go to work, Edward visited every day until the neighbour died. 

Now an interesting point, a local grocer (62 year old and of excellent reputation) told investigators that “it was his opinion that someone could possibly have been hired by Edward Map’s father-in-law  to commit the crimes on that fateful night. The grocer went on to say he felt Maps could well have been murdered and his body could well have been weighted and lying at the bottom of a river somewhere nearby. 

On the night of the fire Edward & Christine Maps had taken the baby to visit a neighbour at around 8.30pm and took an apple pie to her. The neighbour knew Christine’s father Robert Wolbach and she mentioned that she had received a letter from him recently. When interviewed the neighbour reported that Maps had said “I hope that Robert doesn’t come up and make any trouble for us tonight”, the couple left at 9.05pm to put the baby to bed.  The fire was reported at 10.48pm so what happened in that one hour and forty minutes to make the happy couple’s situation change so much that Maps would batter her almost to death, set 10 fires and leave so well as to make tracing him so impossible?? That is one of the questions I want to answer in this cold case, so if you have any ideas or thoughts.  .  . PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!!

I really believe that this case can be solved and I really believe that Edward Howard Maps may well have been innocent of the crimes that he was alleged to have committed and I would love to prove it.

Christine maps Murder Case – Cold Case Review

Hello friends, firstly sincere apologies for not posting for some time I have been inundated with work and research, so even sleep has been somewhat limited. Now I come to appeal for information / assistance in a cold case review.

We are currently working on a “really cold case” reinvestigating the murder of Christine Maps and her baby daughter Julia at 510 Sarah Street in Stroudsbourg USA on January 21st 1962. It is alleged that Mr. Edward Howard Maps (Christine Map’s husband) set as many as 10 different fires in the house after violently attacking Christine and leaving her for dead. When Firefighters arrived at the scene at around 10:45pm; they found baby Julia already dead from smoke inhalation on a wicker seat and Christine some 15 feet away on the kitchen floor curled into a fetal position, unconscious and almost dead. She had been badly beaten, had suffered a fractured skull and cerebal hemorrhage she was taken to hopsital but died a few hours later, Edward Howard Maps was never found

It would seem that quite some time had elapsed before the search for Edward Maps really got under way and he had clearly made a good get-away. Rookie cop Bentzoni was the first on the scene and carried baby Julia in his arms to the hospital said “The police & fire service quickly realised that the fires were deliberately set and once the fires were out began to search for Edward Howard Maps, but he was not found. Incidentally the fires never really took hold as all the windows and doors of the house were closed and locked so with lack of oxygen there was a great deal more smoke than flames.

Interestingly Edward Map’s cars were both found in the garage adjacent to the house with the keys in their respective ignitions, and his passport, stocks, bonds & bank books were all left behind in the partially burned house. Police searched the surrounding streets of Stroudsburg and area municipalities. Local cab companies reported no calls for rides that night and no buses passed through Stroudsburg or nearby East Stroudsburg. Police believe that Edward escaped through the woodlands of rural Monroe County. State game protectors were called to assist the state police in searching woods and hunting cabins of The Pocono Mountains, The FBI also joined the search yet Edward Howard Maps was never found. There was only one confirmed sighting of him after that in August 1962 in Little Falls, New Jersey, USA when he was witnessed taking part in a robbery at The Little Falls NJ Savings Bank, located just 5 miles from where Maps was born, where $3,000 were stolen, that was the last ever sighting of him.

On 17th February 1967 an article was published in Life Magazine of a guy whose description matched Edward Howard Map’s almost exactly as you can see from the picture below. The magazine names him as “Ed Sanders” but it is thought by one of our contacts in The U.S. that Maps may have fled to England as part of an art movement (he was an artist / musician). “Ed Sanders” was in a band called ‘Fugs’ so things do seem to become more and more mysterious.

The FBI allegedly contacted the authorities in England but nothing apparently came of it and in December 1967 they removed Maps from their most wanted lists, they announced that Maps was thought to be dead in 1971 but no grave has been identified and as far as we can ascertain there has never been a body identified as him. We do have reasons to believe that Edward Howard Maps may well have made his way to London and as he ran around with younger artists and musicians there may well be people that are still alive today that knew of Edward Howard Maps, assuming that he is dead of course (If alive he would be 90 years old now).

Just for background Edward Howard Maps joined the United States Marines aged 18 – 19 years old but wasnot in long due to a psychological condition being diagnosed possibly attributed to his wartime service, he may well have been schozophrenic or suffered from PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder).

Are cadaver dogs really realible or a hindrance in police work?? 

Recently I’ve been approached by an important agency (that shall remain nameless for the moment) to undertake some research into the work of “Cadaver Dogs”. My apologies I am guessing some of you may not know what a cadaver dog is, so the brief description is. . .Specialist trained dogs that are able to recognise the telltale odour of decomposing human flesh.  These dogs recognise ‘skin rafts’ (scent carrying skin cells that drop off living humans at a rate of approximately 40,000 cells per minute), ‘decomposition gases’ (released by bacterial action on human tissue), ‘evaporated perspiration’ and ‘respiratory gases’. 

So; my first question is this. . .surely dead flesh from a human and that from an animal such as a dog must be very similar surely?? Isn’t it possible that a dog that is looking for the scent of death / a corpse could easily be confused if an animal had died in the same place recently??

Cadaver dogs really popped into the news in a big way when they were used in the search for missing child ‘Madeleine McCann’ in Praia Da Luz, Portugal in 2007 but have been used by police forces for some time. They have recently been shown to be unreliable in their work, let’s look at some facts. . .

Dogs from four different police forces were used during searches for school girl ‘Shannon Mathews’ in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire in 2008. The dogs found “evidence” of dead bodies (Cadavers) but officers later discovered NO RELATION to Shannon’s disappearance, in fact she was found safe and well having been hidden by her mother. The explanation given by the forensic team was that the furniture sniffed by the dogs had been second hand and may have been owned by someone that had passed away, hmmmm I don’t quite buy it surely the dog would be given the scent of the person that they were seeking??

South Yorkshire police used a spaniel called “Eddie” in an investigation at “Haut De La Garenne” home in Jersey and at Praia Da Luz, Portugal. On both occasions the dog indicated evidence of a cadaver. On the first occasion the floor was lifted and the item indicated turned out to be “A coconut shell” and in the case of Madeleine McCann the said Cadaver (Corpse) has never been found. In the latter case surely if the Portugese police really thought the dog had found genuine evidence that a child had recently died they would have arrested her parents on suspicion of murder.

Interesting forensic anthropologist ‘Arpad Vass’ at The Oak Ridge National Laboratory and his team have reproduced the same odours chemically that the dogs seek out in the field, so this goes to show that someone with relevant knowledge could easily mislead the dogs in their work!! 

Finally I would like to draw your attention to a report by retired police officer / dog handler “Martin Grimes” in respect of the cadaver dogs used in the search for Madeleine McCann he CLEARLY states that there was “No proof of death or any certainty of cadaver scent having been detected by the dogs ‘Eddie and Keela’. He is a highly qualified and experienced police officer and his knowledge must in my professional opinion be taken seriously.

The following points are taken from the statement:

Apt 5A
The first alert was given with the dogs head in the air without a positive area being identified. This is the alert given by him when there is no tangible evidence to be located only the remaining scent. The second alert was one where a definitive area was evident. The CSI dog was therefore deployed who gave specific alert indications to specific areas on the tiled floor area behind the sofa and on the curtain in the area that was in contact with the floor behind the sofa. This would indicate to the likely presence of human blood.

McCann Villa
The only alert indication given was when the dog located a pink cuddly toy in the villas lounge. The CSI dog did not alert to the toy when screened separately. It is my view that it is possible that the EVRD is alerting to cadaver scent contamination. No evidential or intelligence reliability can be made from this alert unless it can be confirmed with corroborating evidence.

Clothing
The only alert indication was by the EVRD on clothing from one of the boxes. I am not in possession of the details as these were recorded by the PJ officers present.

McCann Car
This vehicle was then subjected to a full physical examination by the PJ and no human remains were found. The CSI dog was then tasked to screen the vehicle. An alert indication was forthcoming from the rear driver’s side of the boot area. Forensic samples were taken by the PJ and forwarded to a forensic laboratory in the U.K. It is my view that it is possible that the EVRD is alerting to ‘cadaver scent’ contaminant or human blood scent. No evidential or intelligence reliability can be made from this alert unless it can be confirmed with corroborating evidence.

General
The dog alert indications MUST be corroborated if to establish their findings as evidence.


That some people (and I would include the initial PJ reaction in this) take this report as definitive proof that a child died in that apartment indicates to me that those people have either not read the report carefully enough or have not done so with a genuinely open mind as to what conclusions can be drawn from the report.

There is a possibility that the dogs alerted to “cadaver scent” and there is an equal possibility according to Martin Grime that they did not. In no location was there any actual evidence found. 

Again we get a lecture assuming that reports haven`t been read carefully enough and wrong conclusions are being drawn………What conclusions?

What Happened to Innocent Until Proven Guilty?

According to The Human Rights Act 1998 we are “Innocent until PROVEN guilty” and that guilt MUST be proved by a court of law where we have the absolute right to defend our rights and innocence.

We have a right to a fair trial and no punishment without law, if accused of a crime we have the right to hear and defend evidence against us in a court of law. In Article 6 of The Human Rights Act 1998 it says “In the determination of civil rights and obligations or of any criminal charge against a person everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal established by law”, so WHY THE HELL ARE THE PAPERS SLATING PEOPLE THAT HAVE MERELY BEEN QUESTIONED ABOUT AN “ALLEGED” CRIME????????????? Just today the media has posted stories that Neil “Dr” Fox has been arrested for alleged historic sexual offences and the papers are already trying to label him a paedophile and sexual predator!!!

Article 6 also sets out a number of specific rights which apply to criminal defendants, such as the presumed innocence until after trial and conviction, The right to be represented by a solicitor / Barrister of our own choice and the right to cross examine witnesses against us. Once again the question comes up; “How can a person have a fair trial if the case against them has been spread throughout the media prior to trial”? Of course it’s impossible as the jurors of the trial and members of the public will all have been ‘brainwashed’ by the press and their garbage!!

 The Leveson Enquiry

Surely The Leveson Enquiry should have put a stop to all of this media broadcasting and publishing stuff before trial shouldn’t it?? But it hasn’t of course!!

      

The Gutter Press love to slate someone and put their name through the mud long before any trial and certainly well before any conviction. Even when a court have heard the trial and either a jury have pronounced the accused “Not Guilty” or if the verdict has been that of “Guilty” then the judge has passed sentence the press will either say “Oh he was guilty, but the CPS didn’t present the case well enough to secure a conviction” or they will say “The sentence wasn’t long enough”. What the hell is wrong with the media and gutter press readers?? The courts declare a person “Not Guilty” and discharge them or “Guilty” and pass sentence and still they bang on!! I hereby ask that the media should be silenced when someone has been arrested until a trial has heard the case in open court thus the accused persons might just get a fair trial and the correct verdict!

Let justice be done without interruption or unreasonable influence then have the grace to accept a verdict regardless of what it may be once a trial is over, that’s my feeling

Celebrity Witch-Hunt’s Out of Hand??

DJ – Neil “Dr” Fox arrested on allegations of ‘historic sexual offences’. . .

Just how ridiculous is this?? Dave Lee Travis (DLT) has just come to the end of his latest trial on very similar allegations and already Neil Fox is arrested, where are these celebrity witch hunts going to end?? When will someone speak up and put a spanner in the workings of the infamous CPS??.

Please readers don’t come to me saying “Oh but these innocent women were scared to come forward for all these years because I really do NOT buy it, there are two reasons in my mind whilst these investigations have suddenly become popular. Firstly there are a bunch of crooked women out there that are “on the make” financially and stand to make a good chunk of money from ‘The Criminal Compensation Bureau’ if the celeb in question are convicted for the alleged crimes. Secondly a much deeper reasoning is to take the heat off the ‘real’ paedophiles much higher up the chain in the establishment. 

Before you start ranting and raving I AM NOT  in any way supporting paedophiles or any other form of sexual offender, so don’t even bother with such a comment!!! Anyone that supports that behaviour should be shot!!!

Neil “Dr” Fox is just one of many that have been arrested since the allegations came to light in regard to ‘Operation Yewtree’ and ultimately Jimmy Saville, let’s not forget that even Saville is dead and therefore we CANNOT possibly say catergorically that he did or didn’t commit the crimes it is alleged that he did. Whilst Police say Fox has not been arrested in connection with ‘Operation Yewtree’ it is nonetheless historical sexual offence allegations that he is being spoken to about. Recently we have seen Dave Lee Travis, Sir Cliff Richard, Rolf Harris, William Roache and several more celebrities all charged with similar crimes and I am satisfied that they are ALL innocent except for one that being Max Clifford who was clearly a serial offender.

Sir Cliff Richard – Recently questioned by police in connection with historic sexual offences. So far no charges have been put to the singer and he vehemently denies any allegations against him. I believe the whole thing was done to bring ‘drama’ to The news as Police notified The BBC of the planned raids before they happened, despite legal rulings in The Leveson Enquiry and The Police are now subject to an enquiry.

Coronation Street star William Roache faced a trial for alleged ‘Historical Sexual Offences’ at Preston Crown Court just a few months ago, he was also acquitted!! Why was he acquitted?? Quite simple he didn’t do it!!!! Once again a guy works hard, makes a succesful life and faces trial for nothing, costing us the taxpayer massive amounts of money so that greedy women could try to gain a large sum of money whilst ruining a celebrity life and reputation, when is someone going to stop this nonsense??

Readers I seriously urge you to put pen to paper or fire off emails and ask The Prime Minister and his so called Government to call a halt to these celebrity witch-hunts and start admitting that his establishment is where the serious paedophiles live!!!
